Job summary

NOR-LEA GENERAL HOSPITAL INC is seeking a Manager of Patient Access to oversee the front-end patient flow and ensure accurate and timely registration across outpatient clinics. You will supervise the Patient Service Representatives, coordinate information gathering and pre-billing processes, and work with clinical teams to resolve coverage concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Patient Service Representatives to ensure prompt patient access.
• Coordinates gathering of demographic, medical, insurance and financial information; pre-billing functions.
• Provides guidance and coaching to staff to meet compliance and service standards.
• Performs Patient Access duties and assumes responsibility when the Manager is absent.
• Collaborates with Ancillary Services, PPC and Emergency Room.
