Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Interview patients or representatives to collect demographic, financial, and insurance information for billing and accounts collection; verify insurance pre-certifications.
• Support the Revenue Cycle by accurate registrations and performing assigned tasks.
