Responsibilities

• Interview patients or their representatives to collect demographic, financial, and insurance data for billing and accounts.
• Screen for insurance pre-certification requirements and verify information accuracy.
• Ensure accurate identification and protect patient privacy while recording data.
• Support Revenue Cycle by maintaining registration accuracy and timely tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service with professional etiquette during interactions.
