Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or physician office registration and scheduling is preferred.
• Certification in CHAA or CRCR is preferred and de-escalation training must be completed within 90 days.
• Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients or representatives to collect demographic, financial, and insurance information for billing.
• Screen for insurance pre-certification requirements and ensure accuracy of registrations.
• Identify patients correctly, resolve duplicates, and communicate patient rights and privacy practices.
• Support revenue cycle through precise data entry and timely processing.
