Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years registration experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and patient data systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Handle patient financial obligations at the time of service.
• Perform financial clearance on assigned scheduled accounts during downtimes.
• Greet and serve patients and internal team members professionally.
