Job summary

CoxHealth in Branson, Missouri is seeking a Registration Specialist II to support on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect accurate demographic and insurance information and handle patient financial obligations at the time of service.

This role may involve travel between Cox sites and extended hours as needed, and requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1–2 years prior registration experience.
• Proficient in using computers and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete demographic and insurance information collection and handle patient financial obligation at service.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Travel between sites and extended hours may be required.
