Job summary

Regional One Health seeks a Night Shift Patient Access Clerk to be the primary contact for patients in the Medicine Stepdown unit. You will gather, verify, and enter registration information, collect co-pays, and support the care process by processing data accurately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and verify registration details.
• Collect co-pays and enter charges; reconcile cash receipts.

• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and pre-certifications as needed.
