CoxHealth is seeking a Registration Specialist II for CoxHealth South in Springfield, Missouri. You will assist patients with on-site registration and arrival, collect demographic and insurance details, and handle financial obligations at the time of service.

Experience in patient registration (1–2 years preferred) and strong customer service skills are important. Night shift, with some travel between sites, requires flexibility to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and handle patient financial obligations at the point of service.
• Support financial clearance functions during registration downtimes and greet patients professionally.
