Cox Medical Center Branson is seeking a Registration Specialist II to assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for both scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect demographic and insurance information and manage patient financial obligations at the time of service.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while cooperating with teammates across the department.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years registration experience preferred.
