Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in a professional setting preferred.
• Healthcare/admissions experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patient demographic, financial, and insurance information into the hospital system.
• Obtain signatures and required documents including consent and regulatory forms.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance, and deposits; assist with billing issues as needed.
• Identify financial assistance options and provide referrals to patients.
• Provide general office support such as telephones, scheduling, and filing.
