• Creates patient records and collects accurate demographics and insurance information.

• Explains financial responsibilities and refers to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and other regulations while handling patient data.
• Responds to routine information requests and assists patients with directions and transportation.
