Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a part-time Revenue Cycle Clerk for 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shifts. This role supports patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes while delivering courteous service. You will learn EPIC EMR use, HIPAA compliance, and financial discussions with patients, with weekend and holiday rotation.

• High school diploma required with ability to learn healthcare software.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and billing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Creates the initial electronic health record and ensures patient identity before care.
• Checks in and registers patients, collects demographics and payments, and schedules/coordinates.
• Explains insurance coverage and potential financial responsibility to patients.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and handles sensitive information securely.
• Uses EPIC EMR and insurance tools to support registration and billing processes.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists with patient transportation and directions.
