Job summary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient admissions, registration, patient arrival, and kiosk support.
• Explain financial requirements and collect deposits or deductibles.
• Prepare admitting forms, assign rooms, and prepare discharge reports.
• Review and verify registration information and insurance eligibility.
• Collect payments and provide receipts; assist with billing inquiries.
