• Registers patients and performs all registration-related functions, including obtaining consents and collecting financial paperwork.
• Communicates with patients to assist access to care via phone and in person.
• Resolves non-clinical questions with excellent customer service.
• Performs documentation audits for medical necessity and care plans.
• Schedules procedures and educates patients on pre/post-exam requirements.
