Responsibilities

• Registers patients and handles registration-related tasks, including consents and financial paperwork.
• Answers phones and assists patients in accessing care with timely, courteous communication.
• Resolves non-clinical questions while maintaining excellent customer service in person or by phone.
• Performs documentation audits for medical necessity and plan of care with payors in EMR systems.
• Schedules procedures and educates patients on pre/post-exam requirements when applicable.
• Manages and scans patient records, and handles correspondence and front desk inventory.
