Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare registration or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients by following established department guidelines.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless access to care.
• Facilitates self-check-in and patient registration flow.
• Obtains accurate insurance information and demographics.
• Collects co-pays and outstanding balances according to CHHS guidelines.
• Maintains infection prevention protocols and follows safety procedures.
