• Epic experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers patient families and collects insurance information.
• Registers patients per department guidelines and verifies demographics.
• Ensures accurate registration data to keep revenue cycle flowing.
• Communicates with patients, families and staff for seamless access to care.
• Facilitates self-check in through Welcome Kiosks.
• Engages interpreter services when indicated.
• Follows infection prevention protocols and check for alerts.
