Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first face and voice of the practice in Safety Harbor, FL. You will greet patients, collect demographics, handle payments, and guide them through registration with an emphasis on accuracy and compassionate service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and experience with EMR systems; familiarity with eClinicalWorks is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service experience with a positive patient experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Warm, welcoming, professional demeanor with excellent communication.
• Ability to use MS Office and adapt to computer systems.
• Multi-task in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Collect demographics and update patient profiles per policy.
• Collect payment and assist with billing questions.
• Scan insurance cards and IDs into EMR (HIPAA compliance).
• Set up payment plans according to policy.
• Answer high volume calls and emails; assist with online registration.
