Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and no experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Answers calls accurately with exceptional customer service; ensures needs are met and information is accurate.
• Registers patients, verifies eligibility, and documents third-party coverage at each encounter.
• Schedules appointments, provides financial counseling information, and communicates billing responsibilities.
• Prepares paperwork, handles payments, and ensures confidentiality of patient information.
• Disposes of printed patient information securely and participates in team meetings.
