Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with one-year working experience in customer service, public health, medical practice, or hospital revenue cycle role.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, computing and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience speaking with customers and handling stress in patient-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect necessary demographic and insurance information.
• Explain financial responsibilities and assist with Medicaid or financial aid eligibility.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance and referrals for services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and registration systems.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient throughput.
