Qualifications

• Ability to maneuver a workstation on wheels in patient areas
• Professional communication with patients and families in difficult health situations

Responsibilities

• Register patients in high-volume ER and registration areas
• Verify coverage and determine patient cost share at point of service
• Provide financial guidance and information on benefits and financial assistance
• Ensure compliance with consent and regulatory signatures
• Maintain and secure required documents (IDs, insurance)
