You will collaborate with hospital departments and refer patients to Financial Counseling for follow-up as needed. The role emphasizes professional interaction with patients and staff, maintaining confidentiality and supporting smooth registration

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Bi-lingual ability is preferred.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute and basic communication in English are expected.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients onsite in a courteous manner.
• Verify demographic and payor information for accurate billing.
• Collect patient payments and process payments by cash or credit card.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to collect signatures and gather required forms.
• Refer suitable patients to Financial Counseling for follow-up and support.
