Qualifications

• Customer service experience

Responsabilités

• Greet patients promptly in a warm, friendly manner and establish rapport.
• Register patients and direct them to scheduled visit locations.
• Collect pre-determined patient responsibility payments; process cash/credit card payments.
• Verify patient identity and gather detailed demographic and payor information for billing.
• Analyze data from insurance carriers to explain financial responsibility to patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
