Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, guests, and family members.
• Create, activate, and complete patient scheduling, clinic registration, or hospital admission process.
• Ensure all required forms are completed and paperwork collected accurately.
• Input demographic and financial data; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Perform financial analysis and inform patients of financial responsibility.
• Balance cash drawer daily and complete end-of-shift closing procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
