Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
• Minimum 1 year computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Greets, welcomes, and performs the registration process with patients in person or by phone.
• Collects demographic and insurance information and enters into electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assists patients with telephone encounters and handles billing questions.
• Directs patients to appointment or procedure and supports lobby operations.
