• Ability to serve as hospital liaison and handle confidential information

Responsabilidades

• Reviews schedules and verifies eligibility and benefits to prevent denials
• Works with error reports, collects missing documentation and meets accuracy goals
• Monitors patient wait and registration times, removes barriers to timely care
• Acts as patient liaison with clinical teams and offices for required documents
• Screens calls and routes to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
• Schedules patients per department protocols and verifies insurance details
• Registers patients for services and explains financial responsibilities and payment options
