You will verify benefits, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and coordinate with clinical teams to minimize denials while upholding CMS/HIPAA guidelines and revenue-cycle best practices. Strong computer skills and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience with EPIC/EMR systems is a plus.
• Understanding of CMS and HIPAA regulations and revenue cycle basics.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong data-entry and typing skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient scheduling according to department protocols.
• Verify eligibility, benefits and pre-certifications to avoid denials.
