Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and support for patient flow in the hospital and ED.
• Greet, interview and register patients; collect demographics and financial data.
• Assist with financial aid processes and insurance questions; liaise with POS team.
• Support the handling of deposits, consents and valuables; ensure timely data flow.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and cover shifts as needed.
