Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and obtain required demographic and financial data at admission.
• Provide front-line reception and registration services.
• Interview patients and families to obtain necessary information and consents.
• Escort/direct patients and collect valuables and deposits; answer general billing/insurance questions.
• Serve as the POS team expert to support registration during hospitalization and coordinate with physician offices.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and assist with coverage planning.
