Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center, part of the Providence family, is seeking an Associate Patient Services Specialist. Under supervision, you will handle patient registration and pre-registration for scheduled accounts, verify insurance coverage and benefits, and obtain required authorizations.

You’ll contribute to upfront revenue collection while delivering high-quality service to patients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Customer service experience.
• General office experience.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register scheduled accounts and verify insurance coverage.
• Obtain pre-certification, referrals, or authorizations as needed per insurance requirements.
• Assist in upfront revenue collection and provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
