• 6 months healthcare experience in Business office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Obtain patient liability information at the time of service.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provide miscellaneous client service, valuables collection, and professional customer service.
• Greet and serve patients in a friendly, respectful manner.
