Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates the initial electronic health record to foundation the patient medical record.
• Checks in and registers patients and collects demographic and insurance information.
• Discusses and collects co-pays and other out-of-pocket responsibilities.
• Coordinates with Financial Advocates for patient financial discussions.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
