Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
• Create, activate, and complete patient scheduling, registration, or admission processes.
• Ensure forms are completed and data is accurate.
• Input patient/guarantor demographics and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Perform financial analysis of cases and communicate patient financial responsibilities.
• Balance cash drawer and process end-of-shift cash handling.
• Demonstrate professionalism and collaborate with other departments.
• Adapt communication to patient population while protecting privacy.
