Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and schedule appointments or complete check-in/admission.

• Explain insurance benefits and collect co-pays and self-pay amounts.
• Perform financial analysis for cases and inform patients of responsibilities.
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality across all patient interactions.
