Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a medical or hospital patient access or financial services environment preferred.
• Training experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-registration and registration processes.

• Refer to financial counseling as needed.
• Handle point-of-service collections.
• Ensure accurate data entry of demographics and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and Medicare requirements.
