Job summary

Longmont United Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Representative who will contribute to the patient experience through strong organization, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service. You will pre-admit, admit, and register patients, interviewing for demographic and financial information and verifying insurance benefits.

In this role you will collect patient portions, obtain signatures, scan documents, and help new associates through mentoring.

• Consistently performs the registration process with accurate patient data.

• Collects patient portions prior to or at time of service.
• Obtains signatures and scans documents into the electronic record.
• Maintains accuracy within departmental guidelines.
• Protects patient confidentiality and data integrity.
