Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical partners to ensure seamless patient flow, explain co-pay obligations, and guide patients on test locations and portal use, delivering timely service in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in health services administration or related field (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with patient registrations, demographics, insurance and billing data.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Welcome patients and register for services, verify demographics, insurance, and billing data.
• Collect co-pays and educate patients on test locations and patient portal use.
• Coordinate with clinical partners to ensure open communication and smooth workflow.
