Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: healthcare office experience, medical terminology, ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Register patients with demographic and financial data accurately and courteously.
• Verify insurance benefits and determine financial requirements.
• Collect patient portions prior to or at time of service.
• Obtain signatures and scan documents into electronic patient records as applicable.
• Maintain accuracy within departmental guidelines and protect patient confidentiality.
