• Explain medical center payment policies and financial options to patients and obtain required signatures.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and balance petty cash as required after hours.
• Coordinate scheduling of tests and bed assignments across departments as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure data accuracy while protecting confidentiality.
• Comply with HIPAA and hospital policies in handling patient information.
