Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.

• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Support clinic operations by maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
