The role requires excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required with premium pay.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Create the initial electronic health record foundation used by the care team.
• Greet and register patients; collect demographic, guarantor, and insurance information; discuss co-pays.
• Explain financial obligations and coordinate payments and referrals as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up appointments as required.
