Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter patient demographic and insurance information into the computer system.
• Obtain signatures on registration documents.
• Screen patients for payment ability and collect deposits or co-pays.
• Verify physician orders and complete Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire.
• Use Passport and Meditech to verify insurance and post confirmations.
• Assist with patient flow and provide back-up cashier duties as needed.
