Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of EMR, insurance coverages, and billing policies.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Assist at Information Desk as needed (greet patients, screen for COVID, answer/transfer calls and emails).
Follow hospital policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
