Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Specialty training beyond high school preferred.
• 1-2 years of patient registration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-in patients for OrthoIndy and Urgent Care visits.
• Schedule tests, follow-up visits, and other patient needs.
• Coordinate services among patients, physicians, insurers and departments.
• Verify insurance benefits, eligibility and referrals as needed.
• Collect payments and reconcile cash and card transactions.
• Travel to other OrthoIndy clinics as requested.
