Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Verify eligibility, collect patient liability, and assist with financial counseling.
• Process registration accurately and efficiently.
• Explain billing processes and assist with payment plans.
• Maintain compliant, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to support patient flow.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume setting.
