Responsibilities

• Greets patients/customers in a positive and helpful manner.
• Provides intake/registration of patient in the practice management system.
• Confirms patient insurance eligibility and/or benefits.
• Updates patient information, collects co-pays, provides forms needing completion, and obtains signatures as necessary.
• Occasional travel required.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
