Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare or related clerical experience; bachelor's can be a substitute.
• Preferred: college degree, experience in registration, CPAR or CHAA certification.
• Knowledge of patient registration systems and insurance verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and families to ensure quality patient care.
• Handles patient registration and billing tasks including insurance verification.
• Coordinates appointment scheduling and maintains patient confidentiality.
