Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain insurance verification and patient information for accurate registration and billing.
• Enter data for registration, billing, and patient tracking in a fast, efficient way.
• Verify coverage and obtain authorizations if applicable.
• Explain financial requirements and collect deposits/deductibles.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and visits across departments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and medical record upkeep.
