Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and families to obtain complete and accurate demographic and financial information.
• Verifies insurance coverage and collects deposits or deductible amounts as required.
• Enters data into systems for registration, billing and patient tracking to minimize wait times.
• Communicates with patients and families about procedures and delays; answers questions and provides assistance.
