Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and families to address questions with courtesy and timely assistance.
• Schedule procedures and pre-register patients by obtaining accurate demographic information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations and verifications for services.
• Collect and record patient financial responsibility estimates as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and organized registration documentation to ensure complete patient records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians' offices and hospital staff to coordinate care.
